  Lambert Ling  has more than 30 years of combined engineering management, program administration, and diverse engineering design experience in consumer products, wireless applications, cellular platforms, and test systems. With a background in real time embedded systems and software development, Lambert has previously served in technical leadership roles at Qualcomm, Skyworks, and Conexant. Most recently, he was Director of Engineering at Nortek Security & Control, a manufacturer of Smart Home products including security, home automation, access control, and health & wellness platforms.   Lambert's expertise is in building and driving successful project teams, and is a huge advocate of good user-centered design and agile development processes. He channels his creative energy, problem-solving skills, and technical experience by working collaboratively with business and engineering teams to define, develop, and launch innovative new products.   Lambert received a BS EECS degree from the University of California Berkeley in bioelectronics, and did post graduate work in biomedical engineering at the University of Washington, Seattle.

  Rachel Beisel  is an integral member of the senior management team at CableLabs, the non-profit research and development lab funded by the global cable industry. Rachel contributes to the organizational strategic planning process and directs marketing initiatives that span across digital communications, brand, video production, advertising, global communications, and events for CableLabs and its subsidiaries, Kyrio and UpRamp.   Rachel hails from music-city Nashville, Tennessee, where she got her start in marketing and public relations in the country music scene. She has been recognized as Denver Business Journal's CMO of the Year finalist, Colorado BizMagazine's Top 25 Most Influential Young Professionals in 2014, Boulder Valley's 40 Under Forty honorees in 2016, and Colorado Technology Association Women in Technology Luminary in 2016.

  Don Kasica  is a consulting industry executive and entrepreneur with 35 years experience in IT and growth leadership. Don was a founder of BoldTech Systems in 1996 where he served as President and CEO. Boldtech received numerous awards in recognition of their rapid growth and Don was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Rocky Mountain Region in 2001.  Boldtech was acquired by Perficient, Inc in 2007 where Don spent the next 8 years as a Vice President overseeing several of Perficient's consulting practices.   Prior to founding BoldTech System, Don served in a variety of roles in the IT and technology industry at US West Advanced Technologies, Bachman Information Systems, Cullinet and Electronic Data Systems. He has a B.S. degree from the Boston College in both Computer Science and Accounting.

Rick earned a degree in CBIS, Computer Science & Accounting from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.

He is passionate about digital transformation and specializes in leading technology companies to success with brand, product, go-to-market, sales and partnership strategies,  Dermot has held a series of executive leadership roles (including CEO, CIO, SVP Sales & Marketing and COO) in companies such as airSpring Software, Avoka Technologies, LANSA, Edifecs, DJO Consulting and Jabil.  Dermot has an honors degree in Physics from Imperial College London and is an associate of the Royal College of Science in England.
